Sale Disclaimer

Kent Cricket Direct Ltd will not offer reductions or refunds on any products purchased that are subsequently reduced in price in a promotion. 

Payment Methods

We cannot accept any returns or cancellations on any personalised items including Teamwear and Cricket Bats. This also includes cricket bats that have undertaken the Knocking In Service.

The customer is responsible for any import and/or customs charges for receipt of delivery of any orders to a destination country.

We do not store personal or financial information in the payment processes, nor do we share this information with 3rd parties.

Coupon Code Disclaimer

Coupon Codes or Discount Codes must be applied at the checkout. If the code is not entered we cannot honour said discount in retrospect of an order being placed. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any code is entered into the relevant field ahead of completing the transaction. 

Only one Coupon Code may be used per transaction.

Coupon Codes cannot be redeemed against Teamwear orders, unless specific to Teamwear.

Personalised clothing

Please note if you add a name and or number to your order for any item this will add approximately 4-5 working days to your order.

Teamwear Terms & Conditions

Any discrepancies in goods received must be reported to our customer services within 7 days of receipt of the items.

All product images and logos are for illustrative purposes only and not always indicative of the final product. 

No Teamwear items can be cancelled after purchase. This includes any item personalised with a club badge.

We reserve the right to substitute similar garments to the garment ordered if the original garment is out of stock. Images on any presentation or website are for illustrative purposes only and actual garment may differ from the visual.

We allow up to a 1 inch discrepancy in all garments from the sizing charts provided.

No personalised items can be returned once the tags are removed or the garment worn, this is regardless of the garment’s quality or accuracy of size/decoration. Please ensure all garments are correct before use otherwise they are non returnable or refundable.

When changing club badges or sponsors please allow up to two working days for amendments to be live on the club store or five working days in March, April or May (peak season).

Please allow a tolerance of one inch within garment dimensions and printing. This includes shoulder widths, sleeve lengths, as well as sponsor location and printing.

Clubs that sign with Kent Cricket Direct Ltd during the season will have all available current range products added to their club store and notify them of any range changes. Any clubs that sign from October 1st onwards will only have their club stores populated with products that are continuing for the subsequent season, plus all new products as soon as they become available.

Kent Cricket Direct Ltd reserve the right at any time to add or withdraw any products.

Between the months of March and May, Teamwear orders can be subject to up to 35 working day lead times due to production being at its peak and supply chain Covid-19 issues.

Knocking in added to Cricket Bat

Any cricket bat which is chosen to be personalised by yourself, by selecting knocking in, cannot be cancelled from the order being placed. There are no execeptions to this as the bat is then unsaleable. Knocking In personalisation takes 5-10 working days depending on the time of year and cannot be cancelled during this period.

Made to order products & Bulk Cricket Ball orders

Any made to order products or bulk balls orders, where the order is taken in advance of delivery, are non-refundable. Kent Cricket Direct Ltd are committed with our suppliers to these orders when placed and paid for. The products/balls are then manufactured to the order placed by individual or Cricket Club.

International orders / Difference in price

When purchasing from overseas there may be occasions where an item(s) price is displayed differently at the checkout. Please note the final amount displayed at the checkout is the correct price for each item.

Acceptance of Order

Our contract with the customer is accepted upon dispatch of the goods from our premises and not at the point of sale on our website. This is to allow for items being out of stock or payment/website errors.

If orders need to be cancelled before being shipped the customer must email within 12 hours of the order being placed.  We accept no liability for the order being shipped. We process a lot of orders per day and administer hundreds of emails, timings of customers sending emails to cancel can vary to dispatch time.

Goods damaged / lost in transit

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or that you believe is lost then you must make us aware immediately – see our contact page.  Failure to do so may invalidate any claim for said item(s).

Delivery Policy

For any delivery address deemed to be a business, School, University Halls, place of work, apartment/flats or property that may have a shared entrance, we do not accept any liability for any package that may be signed for/accepted by another person within them premises. We strongly suggest deliveries are only sent to residential houses.

Teamwear Delivery Information

We aim to have all Teamwear orders dispatched within 14 working days of the club deadline.

If certain items are not in stock with Kent Cricket Direct Ltd you will be notified in your confirmation email and advised whether to expect a delay or not.

Orders during busier periods can result in Teamwear orders taking up to 35 working days due to high levels of demand.

Knocking in Service

Please note If you select to have your bat knocked in by Kent Cricket Direct Ltd at busy times this may add approx. 3-5 working days to your order.

Alternative / substitute items

Where it is discovered that a product you originally ordered is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute said item to an equivalent offered from a different manufacturer.  We will always aim to contact you in the first instance to advise of the situation but this cannot be guaranteed prior to your order being dispatched.

International Delivery Policy

Customs Duties are the buyer’s responsibility and Kent Cricket Direct Ltd are not liable for these or any costs associated with the return of any goods internationally including delivery, refunded payment costs, re-stocking costs or anything else. There may also be a re-stocking fee for items that are held in Customs for a period of more than 14 days.

Collect in Store

This option can be chosen at checkout and collected from our retail store. You must bring with you photographic identification to show the Store Manager (Passport or Driving Licence) before being handed the goods. If ID is not provided the goods cannot be handed over and Kent Cricket Direct Ltd will not liable for any wasted transport costs.
