Dominic Bowen

Dominic has been involved in local cricket for more than 40 years as a player, coach, and lifelong cricket enthusiast. An ECB-qualified coach, he has worked extensively with players of all ages across both clubs and schools. While much of his playing cricket has been in East Sussex, he is a passionate follower of Kent County Cricket Club and currently represents the Kent Over 60s team.

Known as our Batman, Dominic has a particular passion for cricket bats. He believes every bat deserves equal attention and is an experienced bat repair specialist, helping to extend the life of countless well-loved blades. He has also been heavily involved in the installation of cricket nets at clubs and in private gardens, bringing quality practice facilities to players of all levels.

Linda Bowen

Linda has been a junior cricket coach for more than two decades and has played a significant role in the development of girls’ cricket in the area. Creating opportunities for more girls to get involved in the game and reach their potential.

Working at Sussex Cricket Foundation she was involving encouraging greater participation in cricket among women and girls. She is passionate about making the sport accessible, enjoyable, and inclusive for all young people.

Our helmet expert, Linda is dedicated to ensuring that all helmets are fitted properly to maximise vision and safety.

Dan Inkpen

Daniel has been involved in cricket throughout his life and brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the game. As an ECB-qualified coach, he has worked with junior cricketers of all ages, helping young players develop their skills, confidence, and enjoyment of the sport.
